Whether you are looking up account information, order information , or item information, there are plenty of easy to use look-ups in PlotSync'. You will save time finding information with the carefully thought out look-ups and processes.

Entering Inventory , Non-Inventory or Repro Items are a snap with PlotSync'. You can easily enter the information using the very intuitive screens for all of your warehouse and printed items.

Since pricing in the reprographics industry can be a challenge, we have added numerous ways to price your printed item. You can use Actual, Round Up or Matrix Pricing for your Square Foot Pricing or even by the Sheet. We also added the ability to apply this pricing to your color items, scanned items, and small format items.

Discounting is a snap with PlotSync's discounting area. You can discount by the item or the item group. For instance you can implement contract pricing for your wide format bond items sold by the square foot while applying no discount to your small format items that are sold by the sheet.

With the added Crystal Reports module there are additional reports that can be viewed. In addition to the over 80 reports in Microsoft Accounting, there are crystal reports and potential for Ad-Hoc report writing.
