A display of the main screen used in Plot Sync

This is where it all starts. This screen is setup to allow for most functions to be handled without having to scroll around or open a new screen. All your tickets can be generated from here and basic account information about a specific customer can be viewed without having to change views or dig through deep levels of sub menus.

Sometimes your pricing scheme does not allow you to show your customers how well you value the relationship you have with them. From this screen you can adjust by % or by $ amount the exact amount of the discount that you want your customer to receive. Now when you create a ticket all these custom discounts will be automatically applied.
